Taxes are used by government to help and build communities. Taxes provide people with services to make there life better.
In the story taxes are being collected. Grandfather has not been paying his taxes. Taxes are used for services such as fire pretection, police, hospital, library, schools and parks. Grandfather was not helping his community because he did not pay his taxes. Grandfather owed the govement money. In kuwait we do not pay taxes because we are a rich country.Taxes help the government create new things.
In conclusion taxes are good they help people.
